Mi-Xing-bar – Customers create their own chocolate
Josef Zotter has reinvented numerous types of chocolate, now customers can get creative and develop their own, very personal chocolate from a variety of ingredients. The Mi Xing bar offers 9 billion possibilities. Filled or unfilled chocolate, drinking chocolate and even secret messages become a sweet reality that can be created online, using an app or on site in the chocolate factory.

“Edible zoo”
It's about animal welfare, holistic and sustainable management or, as Zotter puts it: "The Edible Zoo is about the future of our food."
Here you can find meat and products fresh from the fields and meadows. On 27 hectares (directly next to the chocolate factory), Josef Zotter has built a creative organic farm, which expands the Zotter world of experience with the topic - animals - meat - people - conscious and species-appropriate eating. "We want to reverse the absurd game that you don't want to know how the animal from the supermarket meat pack lived and that you don't want to eat animals that you pet and that are doing well."

Opening hours (shop):
Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00 (November to April)
Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00 (May to October)

Opening hours in the chocolate shop theater:
Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00 (November to April)
Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00 (May to October)

The last tour starts an hour and a half before the end.

We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
